Context
Physio.me is a digital solution designed by Raphael Duclos to help people with neuromuscular diseases exercise through personalized training programs created by their physiotherapists.
The platform also provides physiotherapists with detailed reports, enabling them to continuously improve treatments based on patient progress and feedback.
Mission
The primary objective was to ensure the solution was user-friendly and aligned with the needs of both patients and physiotherapists. To achieve this, I contributed to the project by:
- Create and iterate high-fidelity prototypes for use in user testing sessions.
Tool used
Patient Application
The core feature of the application is personalized training programs. Patients follow exercises tailored to their specific needs, designed by their physiotherapist.

Calendar view
The Calendar view allows patients to:
- Navigate between days to see their scheduled exercises.
- Track their progress by checking completed and pending activities.
This feature was prototyped using Origami to simulate realistic interactions and navigation, enabling effective user testing. The feedback gathered helped refine its design and usability.

Program flow - First Iteration
The Program flow provides a detailed step-by-step experience for each training session.
This prototype, also built with Origami, enabled us to validate the usability and gather actionable insights during testing.

Program Flow - Second Iteration
The second iteration of the Program Flow was developed using JavaScript to facilitate remote user testing.
This approach made it easier to share the prototype with users and stakeholders, simplifying remote testing and supporting iterative feedback.

Physiotherapist Dashboard
Physiotherapists have access to a dashboard where they can:
- Customize training programs for each patient.
- View detailed insights and reports on patient performance and adherence.
- Manage multiple patients and adapt programs to their evolving needs.
Dashboard prototype
A functional prototype was created using JavaScript to accurately demonstrate the interactions envisioned by the designer. This prototype provided the development team with a clear and detailed reference, ensuring the final implementation aligned perfectly with the intended user experience.
